"I’ve been debating on making this review after Jay screwed me over. But after Jay screwed over my family member, it only seems fair. Not only is he unprofessional, but seems like he doesn’t even know how to do his job. If you don’t like your job, then quit. I had an accident that completely totaled my car, and I called him that day to report it. Not only was he extremely rude like I was bothering him, but I called almost 2 weeks after just to find out he never submitted a claim on my behalf. This left me distraught, resulting me to call customer service and reported Jay Swindle. He then called my cell trying to back track, and is now doing the same with my family member after a complaint was issued. Switched agents and never looked back until now. Jay, I suggest you ask yourself why you even decided to “help people”. Maybe reconsider if being in this field makes you happy. Your customer went downhill after the blonde woman left your firm. Response: Jay, your response itself is unprofessional and back handed. You did not mention that the “discount” rate would be a one time thing or else she would’ve never taken your “offer”. And when she initially called you to go over it you tried to speak to her like she was dumb. Anyone reading your response can see how arrogant you are. The only reason you called was because a complaint was issued. Sorry this hurt your ego buddy."
"I want to express my sincere apologies for the negative experience you had with my office. I understand that filing a claim can be an emotional and traumatic experience, and it's regrettable that you felt upset. I took proactive steps by filing your claim and making multiple calls to ensure that the claims office could promptly settle your claim. Your sister contacted me with her concerns late Tuesday night, and I responded to her via text on Wednesday morning at 8. I inquired if it was okay to call her and attempted to reach her three times during the day, but received no response. Providing excellent customer service is important to me, so I made several efforts to address her concerns. On Wednesday, I made a fourth attempt to email her to demonstrate that her discount had been applied and that her rate was lower than before. I'm sorry to hear that you felt providing your sister with a discount that lowered her rate was unfair. I responded to your sister because I would like to help her regardless of whether you made a complaint on her behalf. I immediately called multiple times the next day after she texted me on Tuesday night, and I have not talked with her. I understand you have an issue with my office and me. I welcome the opportunity to review the discounts since there is a misunderstanding about the discounts she is currently receiving."

"Jay at State Farm could have destroyed my finances 😡 I contacted him to get homeowners insurance for a house I was buying. At closing my insurance was paid in full for 12 months. A few weeks later State Farm decided to cancel my policy and did not notify me. When I received a refund check from State Farm was when I found out my house was uninsured for weeks 😡 I called Jay and he claims I was notified by letter; I never received any letter. I had to leave work and scramble to secure insurance from another provider that day. The 'copy' of the letter I never received listed several reasons for the cancelation that read like a denied credit application (I have very good credit) and a request to make roof repairs within 2 weeks - in December right before Christmas! Guess it was too much trouble for Jay to send me an email or text or make a quick call? I will never again do any business with State Farm. Use State Farm at your own risk!"
"I'm sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with State Farm. It's understandable that this situation caused you a lot of inconvenience and stress, and my office regrets that. Your policy started October 20 and State Farm cancelled the policy on December 27, 2023. State Farm sent two notices to you and your mortgage company. The policy was cancelled due to needed repairs which you acknowledge was needed at the time of purchase. State Farm’s policy requires addressing repairs within a specific timeframe. State Farm provided over 2 months to give you time to address the repairs, appeal the decision or to find an alternate policy. We are sorry that you did not receive the notices and the inconvenience it caused."
